Opening Video Mandatory:

Customers must record a clear, unedited opening video from the moment the package is received until it is fully opened.

Without a proper opening video, no complaint will be accepted for any reason, including damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Important Notes:

1. Claims made without an opening video will be automatically rejected.
2. Minor packaging damage during transit does not qualify for any claim.
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
